• Aimé Césaire International Airport (Fort-de-France): 25 minutes by car.
• Hôtel Bambou: 5.3km - 10 minutes by car.
• Fort-de-France / Port of Fort-de-France: accessible ferryboat from Anse à l'âne (crossing time: 25 minutes).

• Booking conditions

Confirmed bookings must be made from our website https://lesvillasbyhotelbambou.com, partner sites and agencies (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com...), by email or by telephone with our services, no later than 3 days before the start date of your stay for a minimum duration of 5 or 6 nights.

• Bookings guarantees

For all bookings, you will be asked to pay 50% of the rental price. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

In case of a late bookings (less than 14 days before the start of the stay), the full amount must be paid at the time ok booking. 

The rules of procedure will be sent automatically during the booking process. The rental contract must be signed and the €2,500 security deposit taken via a payment terminal on the day of arrival.
Please note that a credit card is required for this transaction. Please ensure that you have the funds available in advance. No bank cheques will be accepted.

Payment methods accepted: Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers.  

• Terms of cancelation

In the event of cancellation by the Guest: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival at the latest; the deposit will nevertheless be retained by the Provider.

After this deadline, and except in cases of force majeure, the Guest will be liable for the full rental price. 

In the event of cancellation by the Provider: the Provider may only withdraw from the contract or cancel it for a serious and legitimate reason, justified in writing. 

In the event of the Provider withdrawing from the contract or cancelling it for a reason not attributable to the Guest and excluding cases of force majeure, within a period of more than 14 days following the signing of this contract, the Provider undertakes first to offer the Guest similar alternative accommodation. If the Guest does not agree to this arrangement, the Supplier shall pay the Guest double the deposit paid at the time of booking.

Rules of procedure must be signed electronically by the guest  when confirming their reservation. In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, the guest undertakes to seize his security deposit.

Noise
Guests and their visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially at night (from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.), as well as during their arrival and departure.
***Parties are also prohibited at all times.***
In the event of excessive noise pollution, this may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of costs incurred as well as deductions from the security deposit.

Children
The minimum age for booking and checking-in is 21 years old. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 0 to 3  are considered as babies sleeping in a cot. Children under the age of 3 are not included in the Villa's staff.

Late departures & Early arrivals
On request, subject to availability of the villa, a supplement of 50% of the overnight will be charged after 11 a.m (late check-out) and from 2 p.m(early check-in).
Hours may vary if the Villa is not rented out before and/or after, and may also depend on housekeeping hours.

Visitors
Guests are permitted to invite a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay and are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with the Rules of Living. All request for visitors must be submitted to the Provider. The maximum number of people authorized to sleep in the villa must be respected.

Confidentiality (RGPD)
All information collected will be confidential and will only be consulted by our staff. We will not pass on any of your personal information under any circumstances.

Pets
No pets are allowed in our Villas by Hôtel Bambou Martinique.

Tobacco
For everyone's well-being, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the rubbish bin.
